The care has always been amazing.

But the business/billing side is a joke. I specifically called and sat up automatic monthly payments to make sure it was taken out until I was in a place where I could afford bigger payments. Never received any calls or letters, or even an email about missing payments (not saying letters weren t sent, just saying they definitely weren t received.) Until I got a letter from a collection agency. When I called up there the woman I spoke with made it pretty clear that she didn t really believe that I had set up automatic payments or that I genuinely hadn t received any form of contact from them. I NEVER missed a payment for months then I just immediately stop paying? Not likely, especially since I m only 20 years old and definitely didn t want this to go to collections/possibly affect my credit which hasn t even been established. Going to be so disappointed if they don t recall this from collections, honestly up until this I had actually enjoyed their quality of service in this department.
