Most recent stay was for a little over a week. Hotel bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant. We traveled with our 10 month old and they did what they could to accommodate her. Property, like the other reviews state, is aging but our room was in good working order. Breakfast for SPG Plats is the continental selection and not worth the upgrade to get the hot options (at an extra $11/pp). Very convenient to the 101. Heavenly beds are traditional Westin beds - plush and comfy. Rooms are sound-proofed so you can't hear the arriving and departing flights. This Westin is a fine place to stay if you need a property nearby to Millbrae/San Mateo/the airport.
