We got upgrades to a suite and a free lunch. Staff is extra friendly and were great with our kids. The location can't be beat!! Gary the concierge and Joe at the front desk provided excellent service. They now have texting ability to make requests for your room and respond in no time. Love Hyatt!
If you have kids don't miss the sunset festival at Pier 60 and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. We booked Busch Garden tix through the hotel which gave some discounted options. The food is great at the hotel and around town! I can't think of a better location for a relaxing family vacation. Many thanks Hyatt. We will be back.
