I would give negative stars for ParkWhiz if I could. Similar to many of the other posts I had a horrible first time experience. Paid for a spot near the Chicago Theater for an event and when I got there the lot was full and there was a backup of cars in front and behind us so by the time everyone moved we were running late and had to park in the first lot I could find which was MUCH more expensive than what I paid. Customer service was responsive but their offer of providing a credit was not acceptable. I'm afraid to use the service again and wish I would have read these reviews ahead of time. DO NOT use this service, it will cause you more hassle and frustration vs being easy and convenient.
