Let me start by saying my decision to move my Q5 service from Grapevine to Ft. Worth was very well worth it. Drive I'd s little further and they may not have the fancy waiting room yet, but the COST, honesty and genuine concern is priceless. Sherry is Phenomenal. There is not a compliment that could describe her wonderful soul. The mechanic Keylan is so great in explaining what's exactly wrong. This is the place to go. Apon arriving they were all so nice, greeting me find my technician for me. While waiting for my car Sherry came out several times to check on me offer drinks and snacks. The manager even came over to meet me, just the kindest down to earth beautiful person.
Next year they will be completing their new facility off interstate 20 and I look forward to continuing my buisness with Audi Fort Worth. Thank you Audi Fort Worth.
