I was in the area visiting a friend and she needed my help buying a Lexus, since I know a thing or two more about cars than she does.
So we went to a few dealerships and ended up buying from Magnussens Lexus of Fremont. The main reason we bought from there was because of the service. Chris Lin helped us out, and he was very honest and straightforward with us, and also very friendly and knowledgeable.
He answered all of our questions, and we felt like he went above and beyond to make the buying experience pleasurable.
