There seems to be no way for a consumer to resolve...

There seems to be no way for a consumer to resolve an issue caused by Stripe. My credit cards are being refused by online merchants, but there is no underlying reason. I've spent days trying to resolve this, and was finally able to determine that the problem is at Stripe. Somehow they've blacklisted me. It's clearly an error, but there seems to be no way to fix it. American Express says they aren't refusing the charges - the charges are never even getting to them. The online merchants don't know how to fix this. And there seems to be no way to even contact Stripe unless you're a business customer of theirs. Do I have to file a class action lawsuit to get their attention?
