Well, hard choice... Bed and breakfast were decent (but just skip that watery coffee, please), personnel was professional and quick. The price isn't cheap, but adequate. But.. too many years of deferred maintenance are visibly showing, the holes in the carpet, signs of rain having leaked, leaving ugly spots on wooden surfaces, it generally gives that outworn impression. Fletcher being this big collection of very diverse hotels (100?), it's understandable that economies of scale aren't easy to find in order to enhance the guests' experience. So these 3 stars are on their way to only 2.
