I have been using Ka Imaging Inc.'s medical imaging devices for some time now, and they have been reliable. The image quality is good, and the devices are easy to operate. However, there were a few instances where I faced challenges with the customer support team. It took longer than expected to get a response to my queries. Overall, the devices perform well, but the customer support could be improved.
