I recently purchased some chemicals from this company, and overall, I found the experience to be fairly average. The ordering process was smooth, and the product arrived within the expected timeframe. However, I did encounter some issues with the packaging, which resulted in a small spill during transit. The customer service team was responsive and resolved the issue promptly, which I appreciated. The quality of the chemicals seems to be decent, although I haven't had the chance to thoroughly test them yet. Overall, my experience was neither outstanding nor terrible, just average.
