Tattoo Factory Review

Tattoo Factory was great. Everything was clean and sterile. We decided to go on a whim and they fit us in. We had very simple font Tattoo Factory.

Kevin is the best tattoo artists he treated my military patches to the "t" extremely happy with the finished product. I highly recommend him to all my military brothers and sisters

They did a great job with my nose piercing. Their piercer was professional and very thorough when it came to explaining care instructions. He even told me to come in anytime for a follow up or new gauge if I felt uncomfortable with the one I got. This place might not be the cheapest, but if you're doing body modification, your health is worth more than saving a few bucks.

Dooe atmosphere and cool staff. Went there to get three pieces down with my girlfriend and they drew out our ideas on the spot and were super patient through the whole process. All of our work came out awesome so we will definitely be going back again in the future.

Walked in and walked right back out after I heard how rude a customer was treated. I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Love this place gotten two tattoos from them the people the staff are super nice. I m definitely gonna go back next week for my birthday for another tat.

I had a great experience. The shop is clean,and it appeared to be organized. My tattoo turned out beautiful, and so far its healing correctly.

I went in one night on a whim with my friends to get a tattoo of my granfather's name. It was in cyrillic font, and the artist so confidently assured me he could do it. Sure enough, he sat me down without asking any questions - he stamped it on as if I was wasting his time. He didn't even ask for any clarification - I explained to him the importance of making sure the lettering was right, because if it wasn't, it wouldn't mean anything. I looked at my tattoo when it was done and the A's didn't match, neither did the D's.. it was crooked and a mess. I spent $50 (he originally said $100 for a tiny little tattoo) then another $100 the next week to get it covered. Bottom line:

DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

Just got a nose piercing. The artists were friendly and helpful and the guy who did my nose piercing (Adrian, if I remember correctly) did a perfect job. It's healing nicely.

Literally, a tattoo factory. The majority of guys here are just in and out of the back room, obviously treating their noses. They're rude for no reason. And generally do not do much interesting work. They'll trace some cartoony, generic work for you and give you an extremely overpriced tattoo in 10 minutes or less like a....factory for tattoos. There's 2 dudes in there who are professional. Both have pony tails. Neither of them made the in and out trips to the back room.

There was a few workers who seem like they hated there jobs & really portrayed that in there attitude. Prices are fair.

Go see Joe! He's the real deal. I've gotten tattoos in several states. This is the best shop I've been to and Joe killed it tonight.

Went in for a tongue re-piercing and Hank was extremely welcoming, informative, nice and helpful! Def will come back for more piercings if needed! Ask for Hank.

Mike Jr did my tattoo and he was the best. Took a lot of time to explain the process since it was my first tattoo and listens to what I wanted very well

I got my first tatto there and it was a great job!! It's a decent size and only 45 minutes and cost $140. This was over 7 years ago and my tattoo still look great. Im sure if the guy that did mine was doing yours, you would be happy. Its been seven years si im sure a lot has changed and the same guy probably is not even there anymore. If he is, I would hip back 100% but if I called and huge no longer was there ide look for a new place for sure just by reading the current reviews!!!!

3 hours with Joseph and I walked out with this beautiful piece tonight! Third piece here and I will be back for more!

Went in about two weeks ago, very spur of the moment with some friends. Nicolas did my tattoo, and it turned out beautiful. It's almost done healing and I am in love with it. He's got a light hand and did a fantastic job. My friends were also super happy with their ink!

I've gotten 4 piercings and one tattoo from here and my experience has been awesome every time <3333

They asked me how far I was an hr before close and said they weren t sure if aincoukd be seen. Asked where i was and didn t know. They re douchey and stupid.

Right before I left LA for the Chicago, IL , I had Julie do matching tattoos for my best friend and me to commemorate our awesome friendship... and love of pizza. I told Julie the idea i wanted over the phone and when we walked in it was like she read my mind exactly. Yes we wanted a slice of pizza and yes we wanted to add some sweet metal wings to said pizza. Julie was amazing! She's patient, light handed, hilarious and a babe. I'm coming back down to LA for my birthday and wanted to get tattooed again and since she won't be there that weekend, you will find me outside the shop on my knees screaming like Marlon Brando in A Streetcar Named Desire- JUUUUULLLIIIIIEEEE!!!!!!!

I left a review a few days ago saying i loved the piece Joe did for me. Now, after only a few days, im noticing lines that are almost non existent. The tattoo looks nothing like the picture i showed him. It looks faded and is not shaded in at all. Im left feeling very unsatisfied with a tattoo i thought i would love.

Over priced and a few of them want to give u a real attitude

I get my tattoos done by Matt. He's not only UBER adorable but he's really professional. They are small but meaningful and he took his time. I love my tattoos and everyone who saw them loves them. I would recommend him to everyone. I'm sorry for anyone who had a bad experience. I recommend looking at the stamp before the artist does the tattoo. And yes the tattoos are a little costly but they will be on you body for forever so its worth it.

I had a negative experience at this establishment on 5/19/18 and wrote a negative review. The bottom line was that this establishment failed to meet their obligation to a customer. As the design was specific the offer to "redraw as I waited" wasn't practical. As I understand that things happen my response was not angry or abusive but was very measured. Upon hearing that a customer had a negative experience at his establishment and after admitting that, "a mistake was made", the owner decided to reply on-line with a nasty diatribe that was defensive and hostile. What the owner DIDN'T do was apologize for my wasted time, attempt to rectify the issue with a discount or any other compensatory action, or seek to improve the customer service at his establishment. Seems that any lack of professionalism at this establishment comes from the top which is why I never mentioned the artists name. O.K.Paul C., NOW I've got my warpaint on.

This shop is so beautiful and sparkling clean. The vibe is so positive and everyone clearly cares about each other and the clients. I feel so lucky to have worked with Idexa and absolutely LOVE my tattoo. My husband worked with Sid at the same time on a completely different concept and also had a wonderful experience. Can't recommend this studio enough.

I got two simple tattoos here a couple of years ago with Jody. He did a good job.

My wife and I were tattooed by Kris, great guy, awesome artist! Shop is top notch and well run! They are very accommodating to walk in's. Overall wonderful experience! We'll be back.

Recently got my nose pierced here by Jenny. She came off as kinda cold and only briefly explained the process and aftercare, but it was very quick and easy.

They did a great job! The staff was friendly and the artists were talented and experienced. The prices were fair for the excellent work being done. Everything was clean and new and the waiting area was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This dude was incredibly misogynistic, rude, and condescending. In addition to my friend's piercing becoming incredibly and persistently infected after the fact, he overcharged us, all the while insulting our choice in jewelry and piercing and making very sexist comments. Would not reccomend.

Omg everyone is so nice! I ve seen Michael the last two times that I ve been here and he s literally the best. Nicest. Guy. Ever. The shop is super clean and the artists are very professional. 10/10 would recommend.

So I got my nose pierced here by a guy name max so now it s time for me to take out my nose ring but I am having issue with getting the nose ring out so I call like two days ago and explain my situation and I was told to come back so someone can take my nose ring out since I was having issue and i specifically ask would I be charge and I was told NO! So I goes into the shop today and I was in the process of getting my nose ring remove and max told me that it would be a $20 dollar charge! I told him I was told there wouldn t be a charge so i just got up and left like i travel almost an hour to get here and then waited damn near an hour to attempt to get this remvoval and just to get sent off like this is totally unacceptable!! I will never ever be back here for any type of services again!!

Matt is awesome! The process was super quick and easy and my best friend and I left with exactly what we asked for. Ask for him! :)

Best experience I have ever had at a tattoo shop. Very clean establishment and friendly staff. I came in Saturday night with 3 other friends and we all got tattoos and I got a piercing also. Melissa Stock gave me my tattoo and I am in love. Hank, who did my piercing, was very professional and made me feel at ease. Unfortunately there were problems with the credit card machine but the owner, Paul, went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. I highly recommend this tattoo shop!!!

Jason was honest with us as to what would/wouldn't look good and wasn't just trying to run up a bill! He is super cool, super calming and a perfectionist and I don't see one thing wrong with what I left with! He can for sure have my whole bank account once I figure out what else I want. My girl was so excited to get a tattoo done by Bobby based off someone she knew going to him. We waited and hour just to talk to him. He charged $20 more than every other artist we price checked with for a simple tattoo including another artist at Tattoo Factory. This was her 1st tattoo and he stops us, her friends, from giving any input on the place or size and he even tells her "No one is going to be able to see every detail in a glance" WTF kind of artist are you? I get my ink by artist who care about their work and my girl says thanks for the tattoo but we will never be going back to Bobby again and maybe neither Tattoo Factory. They charge extra if you use a credit card and the ATM charges you a fee as well. On the ATM there is a friendly sign that says with an ATM receipt you will receive $5 off any purchase. Oh No not with Bobby he thinks his 10 min tattoo is worth what we paid and gives my girl attitude when she brings up the $5. Good job making a bad 1st impression and losing out some real money and giving my girl a poor 1st tattoo experience. Good Luck.

Adrian is the best go to him. He knew that I was a nurse and still proceeded with complete bedside manner and was very sanitary and efficient. I recently had my nose pierced and it was not what I desired it fell out and this man made it on fleek again! Plus, for new people getting piercings, he's very descriptive and very informative about what he does, so don't be worried, just go there!!!

Just got my third tattoo completed here, highly recommend based on the great experience. Open, clean parlor with great people working there. If you are looking for pixel art, I highly recommend Matt, he did mine and I couldnt be happier!

My husband and I were both tattooed today by Mike. Mike did a great job! Not only is he an awesome artist but kept us entertained with his uplifting conversation and sense of humor! I would definitely go back to the tattoo factory and see Mike again. Also, the shop is extremely clean and well maintained.

Service was great and helpful! Needed a new nose ring and they provided me with options and clear instructions on how to insert it myself, even offering to do it for me!

Today was my first day there Joe was my granddaughter's technician this was her first tattoo for her 18th birthday it was very quick he was very courteous and kind she enjoyed the experience and said to me she will be back they treat you like royalty there

Nice place very clean, girl upfront not very personable. Stared a lot and she made me us uncomfortable. So we went to Jade, only went to Tattoo Factory because it was closer to my friends house.

Their work is excellent. They only take cash. But it's worth every penny.

I got my first tattoo here and everyone I interacted with was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. Jerry did my tattoo, it was a simple Roman numeral tattoo but he was fantastic and made me feel at ease. This place is well-run and the artists are excellent. It s very clean inside and pricing is fair. My husband s been here as well, he had Dave do a tattoo for him. He got a photorealistic moon. It turned out perfectly and the whole experience was great. We will get all of our future tattoos from here for sure.

I went in today after work to kill some time before sitting in traffic on my way home. I'd been playing with the idea of a personally symbolic tattoo for months and Jody was able to stencil it up beautifully within a few minutes. He was super nice, patient with my nervousness (it's been 20 years since I've been inked) and I feel like he was extra gentle.....I barely felt a scratch. I'm sure I'll be back (in less than 20 years ha!)

Amy Zager is hands down the best of the best. Super chill and excellent with communication. Oh, and her artwork is amazing, of course! The studio was clean, safe, and well-kept. I'm very, very thrilled with my new gem.

I also went for my first tattoo and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jerry was kind, polite, and made getting my first tattoo a breeze. He perfectly recreated a piece of handwriting I brought in, and a week later it is looking and feeling great! Thanks to everyone for a great experience.

Got my first tattoo. They were awesome! My daughter tried to get her ears pierced and freaked after the first one. They were so patient with her and so kind. Everyone is so nice and so patient and the tattoo came out perfect! I'm really happy!

Was just told by Solly, very rudely, that they will not honor the groupon price of $99 which was contractually stated when I purchased the groupon and was documented when I showed him. Both my partner and I were going to get tattooed and pierced and he refused to honor the contract or have the decency of providing us with customer service of any kind. Of all the excellent places in the city to get tattooed and pierced, save yourself some time and steer clear of this poorly managed place.

Great experience. Was given service immediately, soon as I walked in. The environment is very friendly and the tattoo artist Kane, was very helpful and did a great job on my tattoo. They also have good pricing.
