Staff is very friendly and helpful, in general service is great. I've applied for the biometric passport and the consul provided me with all the instructions I needed. Don't trust in bad reviews, thanks staff for their patience. I realized that some people who visit the consulate are like from the 90's and behave really mean and rude.
