A hip place that is very, very different from the regular hawker centre! The ambience is vibrant and lively. For someone who dislike the heat, the ventilation was awesome! Timbre+ attracts young professionals and hip people. There is a variety of dishes, ranging from local food (daytime offerings) to an eclectic mix like American, French, Japanese, and Filipino). We particularly like kaisen-don (mixed sashimi on rice), yakitori (skewered BBQ meat), bak kut teh (pork ribs soup), 3-meat platter (Lechon - pork, Liempo - belly,
Inasal manok - chicken), crab fried rice, fried chicken wings, and sweet potato fries. For beer lovers, the Bottle Shop should let you have your swigs. Teetotalers and those who must have their cup of coffee can make a beeline for Food Anatomy. Live music from Thursdays to Sundays from 7:30 pm onwards.
