I had earlobe reconstruction surgery for stretched lobes two months prior and knew this was the only place to go that I could trust to do my lobe piercings due to scarring and risk of damage. Colin O was fantastic and knew how to handle my delicate, post-surgery ears, avoid my scars and deal with a pretty bloody situation when one ear didn't want to clot. Even though I've had tons of piercings and tattoos, he still went through each step (I appreciate that!) and made me feel comfortable. Great people to work with and a very detail-oriented, high-end parlor, whether you've had a lot of work or are new to the mod world. Friendly and non judgemental desk staff as well- thanks to the lady with the blue hair for pulling out literally all the blackstock to find the pair I wanted. The BVLA jewelry (and Anatometal) are beautiful and well worth the money for quality and design (especially if it's something going in your face!).
