On march 14, 2020 an event that I purchased ticket...

On march 14, 2020 an event that I purchased tickets to was canceled. The email stated that a full cash refund was available with no further action required and would be received directly into my account within 2-4 weeks of the event date. The event date was April 4, 2020. I waited 4 weeks and received nothing. I called the customer service and they advised me that on April 21, 2020 another email went out now contradiction the original directions and they now had to be contacted within 7 days which coincidentally went into my spam folder and was never received. I did my due diligence with following up with the original time frames. They said there is nothing they can do and during this time crisis I wont be receiving a cash refund. Their messages were misleading and contradicting and apparently they are able to change their policy's as it benefits themselves with no regard to anyone's best interest but themselves. Will never recommend them to anyone.
