Horrible customer service. For a at home consult, I got it the same day I called, which is great. However, after a week of not hearing back with design plans and all, I called. The secretary is awfully rude, and I never got a solid answer. After 3 weeks of trying to get answers, we simply gave up on this company. If they don t want customers, they re doing just fine with that.
