We were in the market for a new vehicle and BMW Calgary did not disappoint. They were also the only dealer during covid-19 times to take down our information for contact tracing. Even Porsche and Mercedes did not ask for our information and they are considered luxury dealers. We were truly impressed with the treatment at BMW Calgary. Anub was totally professional and a true car nerd, which is a bonus! Speaking with him about the vehicle we were interested in, vs. the cars we had already test driven, was great because he knew everything about all the makes/models we discussed. We ended up buying an awesome used 2016 X5 M (crazy trim package with suede roof and red leather seats throughout; 67,000 km) SUV from him and we couldn't be happier with it. The price, for the year/kms and trim level, was unreal. Its just a dream come true. Financing was also a breeze to deal with (timely, professional yet comfortable). We will be back in the future!
