Would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ve never complained, argued, or asked for a discount on my bill even though throughout just 1yr I ve had my service down for days and weeks at a time. Same issue multiple times this year where my internet would go down and the modem would be stuck blinking orange on the US and DS lights on the modem. Most recently my internet was down for approximately 3/4 of the month of December 2018, before contacting technical support I did the basics (power cycle, unplugging for a short period of time and then turning it back on, and unplugging all cords from the wall for a short period and then turning it back on), and was told there might be a $50 charge to have a tech come out and look at it. As I stated earlier I ve had this issue multiple times, their own techs have told me it was an issue on their side and it is a modem I purchased through buckeye themselves, so sorry don t tell me there MIGHT be a $50 charge, if there is take it out of the $70 I paid you last month for not having any service. If you have the option, go with any company besides buckeye even if they don t offer the same speeds, because the service here is horrible; canceled my service immediately. I will take the slower speeds to not have to deal with a company that has never had a problem taking my full bill for a service that has been extremely terrible, but will gladly try to charge me additional fees to come fix their own issues. Thank you but no thank you.
