Very good experience despite the number of unsuccessful attempts to make an appointment. I managed to have an appointment. The saleswoman took a lot of time to introduce me to the different bags, leathers and give me maintenance advice. I am finally dispatched with a magnificent bag. I could not choose the color or the metal in view of the many requests we can not be too demanding on this subject. It was not the color I had in mind but the bag is really sublime. Thank you again for your patience
