Excellent mountain views food and catering but horrible customer service experience everrrr....

We checked in a week ago on saturday june 20 late evening around 6 with a family group of 5 including my mother and checked out very next day sunday. Stay was quite and impressive with clean rooms and quick room service. But 3 days later evening on wednesday, the director of operations simply charged my credit card and mailed 1312.50$ Invoice for a broken tv with no further information attached.
The pics were mailed on request though the later day.
I called front deskimmediately and they had no information of this incident in their system: so i happened to talk to manager the very next day. I asked her we had no problem paying had it ben damages on our end and if she has any witness or video proof of damages or any traces. It didnt sound professional as manager said there were no cameras in room or lobby for tracing and the housekeeper found it damaged when he/she got in to clean and this is how they believe we did this damage. Who knows it was broken while cleaning room right!??

Seriouslly!!!!!! I should have ben informed within few hours or at max day later. Looks like someone else broke it while sweeping and thus i was billed two days later. I verified with all my pals on my end and they said it was working the last day and they didn't have any clue as to how it was broken after we left.

The manager kept saying they trust their employees and this is how it is my fault. Omg!

Seriously, the 2 star is for nice food and service but the way management dealt with situation is just horrible.
Rimrock must implement better customer policies and procedures in effect to keep their customers coming back but we wont be there again.

Disasppointed.
