What a joke this place is! So much potential but ...

What a joke this place is! So much potential but ruined by bad management and decisions. Firstly, this review is more for those that are interested in staying overnight. If you are just going to pop in for a visit, it may be fine if you are not on a schedule and have patience. Service is horrible - slow, unenthusiastic, unhelpful and inexperienced. Poorly designed rooms and poor food everywhere but the Paris Cafe which also had great service. They do not allow much detail here - check TripAdvisor reviews which are more accurate. The reviews previously left here are more for drop in visitors which is the only reason they are good. If you are just looking at the design aspects and don't care about service or quality, you will be fine. Health department shut down food court. Pool and pool bar were not open as promised. Fire alarms going off. Holes in walls and many broken or non working things. No hot water, no water pressure, no coffee maker, no fridge, no microwave, no closet, no room service, one robe for two people, air conditioning worked during day but not well at night so we did not sleep well. TV worked sometimes and other times not...was in horrible place so person sleeping next to wall had to climb over the bed or other person to get out. Example of food service except at Paris Cafe - When served our cheese board, the server actually said, Oops, something fell off. Let me go find it. We were under the impression it would be picked up off the floor and put back on. No training, no desire to try....had to ask for everything and then long waits and sometimes it actually arrived but other than drinks never worth the wait. Good luck if you decide to stay. May be newer but operators should know better
