As a business owner, I was very disappointed in the customer service provided by the 415 Group. I was billed for hours of services that were never performed. They tried to bill me for setting up software I set up myself on my day off after a computer crashed. When I questioned the bill, I was totally ignored. No emails were returned, and no phone calls were returned either. When I asked to speak to a higher up, I also was ignored. I can't believe in this day and age that you can get away with such terrible customer service. I ended up finding another computer guy, and in the end the 415 group did not hold up their end of the deal. I asked them to uninstall all of their web monitoring software by 9/30/2017, and on 10/3/2017 it was still installed in 2 of my computers. When I asked them to remove it, they told me I was on my own. Very unprofessional. I would not suggest using their services.
