After a long wait for payment of the accrued discount, I find out that the account number after which United consumers has transferred it is not my account number. Because there is 1 digit missing in the account number in '' my united consumers ''. Strange, because premium has been debited monthly for 5 years. In that case, the debits do go through a member insurer of united consumers, but they have actually received the account number to debit from united consumers. If you contact me about this rather strange incident they give me the feeling that it is my own fault, I would have given an incorrect account number. Or I want to prove what my account number is by sending a copy of a bank card or bank statement. I chose to do this today since a solution without this action is apparently not possible?
If the further processing goes quickly and smoothly, I will also report it here, as this case is not yet over, I think that is fair.
I have now offered a correct solution and the discount has been compensated. Top!
