Service rarely answers the phone, takes sometimes ...

Service rarely answers the phone, takes sometimes more than 24 hrs to call back, took 9 days to replace windshield, replace a key, and to address the information button not working. If that is not bad enough the button still does not work an I'm on my third call this AM trying to make yet another appointment on my day off. My advice is to only use Mercedes Benz of Kansas City if you have a lot of extra time and patience...neither of which I have.
