One of the worst agency I have deal with in Australia.
Agent during corona virus not helpful. I would like to mention Matthew, not clear at all, taking ages to reply emails and a the end of the tenancy made the wrong end of tenancy, and A the end try to treating me over the phone Telling me if I didn t stop calling asking for explanations He will make me pay the full rent amount for the previous months(phone call recorded) after He has agree for a reduction. We have been living in the same house for more than 2 years and never ask for anything. In general they never been high in kindness in this agency but Matthew is the worst of worst. I was so tired to deal with him that I paid even it was incorrect. Please be careful with this agency.
