I've been here for multiple corporate events and music venues and it's always a great and classy experience due to the extraordinary architecture. The staff is always polite and helpful and not too strict for social events. Sometimes there are long lines for the female rest rooms and for drinks (no excuse for this one) but the overall experience is always good -- batting 1000. Can't go wrong whether in the balcony or mezzanine or other seating. Assume you will enjoy the show.
