We changed our internet service last week to NBNFT...

We changed our internet service last week to NBNFTTC and iiNet still have not cancelled the ADSL Off Net service we had. I have called them numerous times, sent many emails but to no avail. On top of that they have charged us for the NBN service and also taken out the next months payment for the ADSL. No one there seems to have any idea what they are doing. The iinettoolbox only has the ADSL information on it not the NBN. The word CHANGE means replace something with something else, it doesn t mean add to. I m at a loss as to what to do next.
