Service department is horroble. Wife took car in on a saturday because of an OBVIOUS coolant leak and they never even checked it. We got car back when they closed and they left a note with salesperson that they didmt find a leak. 3 days later my wifes car overheats because coolant leaked out. Took the car to Chevy dealershipin Franklin and they found the leak immediately and fixed the problem. ALEXANDER would be the last place i would take my vehicle for repairs or to purchase.
