went on my birthday for a meal ordered bottle of wine which was put on table unopened,ordered sharing brie platter for 2! prawn cocktails were brought to table and sent away as not ordered and platter arrived eventually brie nice but hardly any bread ,about half a roll cut into 4 pieces and no side plates to share it on ,on requesting side plates one large dinner plate was brought and plonked on table ,we had ordered a steak medium to well done and the chicken breast but the waitress came to our table and said which one of you is having the carvery,neither of us were the manager came over and explained the lad who took our order had only been there for 2 days but we had had enough by then and left after paying for the wine the manager said he would let us off the entrees the fact was that nobody else was eating at the time so dont see how this all occured they were certainly not rushed off their feet,we even had a joke with the waitress about what our main courses might be after the starter was wrong little knowing that that had been messed up too.we would never eat the carvery there as we know we have been dissopointed with it in the past so we got fish and chips on the way home and vowed to eat elsewhere in future
