The worst dealership I have ever had to deal with..
I bought a vehicle during covid 19 sight unseen had it shipped to my house and it had a bunch of scratches in the paint engine lights on.. this is fine however salesman promised me the paint was in very excellent shape and no mechanical issues had been through 105 point inspection etc etc.. now 60 days later they have there money and I have been working for 3 weeks with Waldo Jacquez my salesman to get the title he promises every time I call to overnight it next day and I still haven t recieved it tried another sales lady she promised to get it done and still nothing.. they both promise to have a manager call and still nothing.. without the title I can t get tags so I m stuck with a vehicle I have put 500 in repair a bunch of time buffing scratches and can t drive it because they won t get a title.. I guess I ll have to drive the thousand miles up there to get something done..
