We arrived tired, hungry, and a bit stressed from driving in heavy rain. Mike at the check-in counter helped us forget all that was behind us and discover all we had to look forward to. He was pleasant and personable. The hotel is gorgeous! We've stayed in fancy hotels around the world, and this is right at the top of luxury. We received an upgrade on our room to the corporate apartments, and I was beyond impressed. They are large and updated. The kitchen appliances are very new. The bed is the perfect combination of supportive and pillowy soft. All staff was very friendly, and security was appropriately tough. I look forward to staying here for future visits.
