I won my hearing with the judge. So I not only received SSD but the monthly amount was better than I had thought. I lost the first time, second time - nope, third time I didn t win. I ended up having to go to hearing with judge and attorney Mike. It took me almost 3 years which was very hard and drained my retirement account. I did get back pay for 2 years as SSD disallows you re first year. My back pay check came in 10 days after hearing. The staff was very friendly and attorney Mike was great.
