I leased a new vehicle just last week and my time with Kellia (my assigned Product Genius) was the highlight of my buying experience. Not only was she extremely friendly and professional but demonstrated an authentically sincere interest and excitement around my purchase. And when a problem came up whereby I wasn t going to be able to drive away with my car until new paperwork was completed, she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of by driving me back to work and then coming to pick me up once the car was again ready for me. She's just simply awesome!
