My Alarm was randomly going off so I took it in to be fixed. I was met by a service consultant, which from what I can tell is a very overpriced data entry clerk. She takes your information and passes it on to the mechanic once you drive in. She is the go between the mechanic and the customer. Her english wasn't very good and any question I had she couldn't explain and had to get the mechanic. I'm not really sure on her purpose other than something that could be replaced with an ipad. The mechanic knew the problem right away, it would have taken me days to figure it out. The shuttle service gave me a ride home quickly and it he was safe and courteous. To replace the latches that were causing the problems took 4 hours, which is reasonable. My only complaint is the really high cost of the parts, and the service rate of $144 per hour. I knew the price and still paid it, so I guess I'm the dummy. The only frustration on my part is the number of people walking around on salary at that place that don't do very much and that is build into that hourly rate. The hot receptionist at the front that just flirts with customers and some guy who looks like he just gets coffee, they aren't free. I had to get in on short notice and they had room which usually isn't a good sign. Overall they are pretty good, I just don't thing you get good value for how much they charge you based on the hourly rate and they really need to trim down on their overhead.
