The experience with Akerendam was average. Although their website was informative and easy to navigate, their customer service was lacking. I contacted them with a few inquiries and it took them several days to get back to me. Additionally, their pricing was a bit higher compared to other companies offering similar services. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
