If I could leave 0 stars I would. It was such a disappointment all around-- service, food, price. We were a party of 4, arrived at 4pm for dinner, could easily spot several empty tables but were told upon arrival the wait is 15-20 mins. After I asked how come, the hostess said the wait staff is switching shifts. Seriously?! That's supposed to be an acceptable excuse?? Ok. We gave them the benefit of the doubt--maybe there was some scheduling mix up--whatever. If only things got better but they didn't. A half hour after we got seated and ordered, we noticed some tables have bread baskets. We ask our waitress if we get some and she's like "oh yeah, I'll be right back." No apologies, no explanation. Another half hour later, our food arrives. A solid hour for 4 fish entrees! If we had ordered a chicago-style deep dish pizza that takes 45 mins to bake, it would've been understable. But fish! Fish take 10, 15 mins tops to bake, less to fry. And none of it wowed us. I wish it had to make the wait worth it but it didn't. Nothing spectacular, not worth the wait or the money. The feeling from beginning to end was that this place couldn't care less.
