I entered the dealership about a month ago. I was working at my daughter's house in Hingham. It was late on a Saturday, pouring rain, I was dressed in old Carhartt work pants covered in paint and glue. I had looked at an Acura MDX earlier, but I stopped by the Herb Chambers dealership on a whim. I am sure I did not present myself as someone looking to purchase a Lexus. The salesman, Ryan Tierney could not have been more gracious and helpful. I was looking for an older Landcruiser or a Lexus GX. The dealership did not have any in the my preferred price range, but Ryan was extremely helpful and offered to query the other Herb Chambers dealerships and see what was available. I was looking at a specific price point, with the additional caveat of having to pay off the existing balance on my Toyota. I had been to other dealerships and the level of service can not compare to that offered by Ryan Tierney, Bob Cameron, Tim Mullin, Danielle Brown; literally every person in the dealership was polite, helpful and very profesional. Over the next week, my wife and I expressed interest in several cars that were fantastic deals, but sold immediately. I looked at and drove quite a few cars. I never felt rushed or pressured by Ryan or Bob. I eventually purchased an RX330. The sales team at Herb Chambers did everything possible to find me an excellent vehicle, at a fair price, and more importantly they have continued the same level of service after the sale by answering questions, immediately addressing any concerns or issues I have with the car, the financing contract, or the paperwork. This is not a place to buy a cheap car, nor is it a place to buy a car at a cheap price. It is the perfect place to buy a high quality, fairly priced car, with truly superb service before, during, and after the sale. My wife's car has 175,000 miles on it and when it finally goes, the first call I will make is to Ryan Tierney and Bob Cameron at Herb Chambers.
