Richard Seltitz was by far the most helpful, responsive and customer-focused service adviser I have ever worked with. After trying to get help with a recall for my '03 Jeep Liberty, from other Vancouver dealers I was amazed at the level of customer service I received from the Richmond Chrysler! Richard provided accurate information and got the part I needed that afternoon. I was able to bring my vehicle in the next day for the repair, and it was even completed faster than I expected.
