I recently traveled with Trendset Traveler and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking when I had a question about my itinerary. It took multiple attempts to get a response, and even then, it wasn't very helpful. The overall trip itself was fine, but I expected better service from a company with such a reputation.
