Terrible automated system. You can't get anyone on the phone. It keeps asking you what company you are calling for which makes no sense. I would recommend calling the member services number instead. The second option ironically takes you to a third-party company that tries to sell you insurance for a different company lol. This is either a scam or the stupidest automated system I have ever seen.
