The Hotel was clean but my room was on the Sundeck...

The Hotel was clean but my room was on the Sundeck level. The views were obstructed by the umbrellas and it was weird when on your so-called private balcony with 10 strangers. There should have been a time restrictions for the use of the deck however at 7 am the super loud banging of the door to the deck began. It went on until 12 am. I was told that I couldn't change rooms because that's what you reserved.
