Love the idea and the execution of the idea, but I didn't like the fact that I couldn't scan into the parking facility. My online app didn't display a barcode to scan. The customer service was excellent and got me in and out without further delays. That being said, any time I'm in the Chicago area, ParkWhiz is definitely the way to go if they can get the scanning down and the over booking down.
