I gave a one because zero wasn't an option! I live out of town and nurses don't answer the phone or return phone messages. Several family members have called and results were the same. Not one person I have spoke w has been nice. The staff denies and or ignores the patients rights and trys to convince them what they are suppose to do! They show no compassion to family members. I do not support or trust this hospital in any way!
