0 stars actually. This company is a disaster. I am in the process of purchasing a home and I must say the inconsistencies with underwriting requirements is horrible. The underwriter Juan Cosculluela approved all of our criteria then later came back and said it wasn't approved at the 11th hour. I have provided everything they have asked for and still NOTHING. My family and I are on the verge of being homeless.Do yourselves a favor and do not use this lender.
