We had a problem with a door lock on our RV. To make things worse we were heading out on a trip within a week. Teresa, in the service department, went above beyond her duties. She researched the part that we needed and was able to order the door handle. She did this with only a picture that we provided. When the door handle came in she notified us and scheduled an appointment. We were in and out in less than two hours.
