Jon Wayne removed our old system a few years and replaced it. They did probably the best job of install than we have ever had. This is our 3rd system in this house. Very professional, very thorough. We had a fluke compressor failure that required a new one during a flood a few years back. They couldn't work in the rain and mud, but did bring us a window unit that, with the help of a fan, kept us cool. The annual checks and maintenance have been pretty good. Have had a couple of guys that weren't "up to par", but the company has always made it right. THAT is what I expect from a reputable company and what is delivered by Jon Wayne. I would recommend them for AC/Heating work without hesitancy!
