Most of the staffs are very proficient and friendly, but a few needs more social skills improvement. Like the security on the right wing entrance (March 22, 2018 around 10am). A bit overzealous. After scanning my shoulder bag, and my take out fastfood, he asked my room number (showed my hotel card key) and still called somebody on his walkie talkie to inspect my take out fast food. I felt like a suspected terrorist rather than a hotel guest.
