You're paying for a location right in the middle of a bustling nightlife that quiets down around midnight. If you want quiet, don't go anywhere near this area.

Aside from that, the water takes forever to heat up, our room had a broken window (a small crack) and one set of window sashes was missing, and the air conditioning unit's vane was slightly broken.

The room was clean (aside from the inevitable beach sand that gets brought in by one's feet). Beach towels and chairs provided were much appreciated as were the umbrellas.

Altogether, the place needs a renovation.
