If i could give negative stars I would. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with I spent 7,000 dollars on an evap cooler for it to only last me 8 month. The cooler had leaks immediately after purchasing and the $400 remote needed to be replaced at the start of the new season. Calling to get assistance I spoke with a older lady who was very rude and did not want to help me. Even when I received the estimate from the owner himself he was very standoffish, but I went ahead because it seemed reputable. The company seems to have decent review but I would steer clear because when spending such a large amount of money you want it to be worth it AND ITS NOT!!!
