Buying a car is usually an experience that ranks up there with getting your teeth pulled or having your mom walk in on you in the bathroom. Both are painful and eye contact is awkward. I went to David McDavid Frisco with the same thoughts in mind. I have been bringing my Cadillac to be serviced up there for years because when you find a service guy you know and can ultimately trust, you follow that person wherever they go. Tad Hutchison is that person. He is very professional and always honest. Ask for him when your car needs service. He will make sure to give you a "customer first" experience! I asked Tad for help in purchasing a new car. He introduced me to Rosario Rodelo, the used car manager, who introduced me to Gina Neely, a used car sales person. Both Rosario and Gina made me feel at home from the beginning. They were polite and welcoming, but what stood out most was how much fun they made this. There was no pressure or tense moments. We laughed a lot and that made me feel comfortable. I had been looking at cars for a couple of weeks and Gina was able to find something, and remembered to get in touch with me. Follow up was great. Throughout the whole process, they were professional AND fun. I felt like I was the only customer there that day. I would definitely recommend shopping with both Gina and Rosario again! I hope the McDavid understands that they dont just have two good salespeople and a good service person; they have quality individuals that know how to properly conduct every aspect of owning a car!
